Certified organic, certified 100% grass-fed lambs, dry aged. Custom cut to your specification, whole animals only. Lamb is processed at a USDA butcher. Lamb is frozen and vacuum packed. Pick up at the farm at a date to be determined, in November or December. Delivery may be available for larger orders. Price is $10/lb hanging weight. Whole lambs are generally between 35 and 45 lbs hanging weight. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for a whole lamb.
